Even while traveling I still try to maintain a balance of simple healthy eating especially since I know I'm going to be indulging later in the day! Hey, eating is half the fun of traveling! Here I was visiting my mom (this is her kitchen) and I started the day off with sliced up strawberries and bananas on the bottom, topped with non-dairy Oui coconut yogurt and topped with walnuts.
