Ingredients:
1 large flatbread (I use Brooklyn Bread)
2 large pre-baked sweet potatoes
3 ripe bartlett pears thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/ teaspoon red pepper (OPTIONAL)
4 green onions chopped
DIRECTIONS:
Pre-heat oven to 350
Remove the skin from the sweet potaotes and mash in a bowl combine spices into the mixture
Spread the sweet potato onto the flatbread
Bake in oven to warm through 10-15 minutes
Remove and top with sliced pears and onions
Enjoy!
