INGREDIENTS:
1 large flatbread
1 small jar BBQ sauce your flavor choice
1 bag of broccoli slaw
1 large mango chopped
3 green onions chopped
½ cup fresh parsley chopped
¼ cup regular hummus
1 package of vegan sausage
Pepper
DIRECTIONS:
-Pre heat oven to 350
-Spread ¼ cup of BBQ sauce onto flatbread and warm flatbread in oven
-Cook sausage to package directions. When fully cooked slice into bite size pieces
-Meanwhile mix the slaw, mango, parsley, onions and hummus together. You may need to add a bit more hummus if its not forming a slaw consistency.
-Pepper to taste
Remove flatbread and layer on slaw mixture and top with sausage

**I also like Fieldroast vegan sausage. You of course can use regular meat or chicken sausage**
